I first noticed an imbalance in my facial profile in 2022. It wasn't something that impacted my day-to-day life, but it was a feature I focused on for months on end. I considered a variety of options to correct this imbalance, and eventually decided a chin augmentation was the best route to achieve the results I desired.

The research I did was in depth and thorough, and I finally discovered Dr. Ladner online. I live in New York City and while we have some incredible surgeons out here, I felt like I was being "sold" on a procedure without conversations regarding my personal needs and desired results.

I traveled to Denver for a consultation and was immediately met with a personalized and comforting environment. Dr. Ladner recommended a route that would give me a natural yet visible difference in my profile, and one that would be noticeable to anyone who didn't know I had work done.

I decided to go through with the procedure a couple of weeks after my consultation, and I felt supported in every step of the process—from financial questions to concerns about the physical surgery.

The chin augmentation itself was a breeze and everyone in the office made sure I was aware of the process from start to finish. I was bandaged up and sent home with medications to help with any pain or discomfort I may feel, but to my surprise, the recovery was fairly pain-free.

My bandages were removed a few days later and I immediately saw a difference in my facial profile. I raised some concerns regarding evenness and swelling during my recovery, but my questions were met with understanding and thorough answers.

It has now been a year since my procedure and I can say I’m very happy with my results. The result is extremely natural-looking but significant enough that close friends and loved ones notice a positive difference in my facial symmetry.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ladner and his incredible staff enough. If I need any facial work done in the future, I will choose Dr. Ladner without any hesitation.

At different times, I have had three procedures performed by Dr. Ladner; I keep returning because he does it RIGHT and his staff have enjoyable personalities mixed with high professionalism.

I also go to his office about every three months for Botox or filler; very competent staff. I’ve tried other places for “injectables,” but always come back to Dr. Ladner’s office because I feel like the desired effects last longer.

As far as irritating up-sells, I don’t feel like I’ve ever gotten an up-sell for procedures or products either; Dr. Ladner “keeps it real.” I also like the post-op attention/follow-up I get from his staff (phone calls checking on me, etc.). Getting something done has been new for me, and Dr. Ladner makes it comfortingly clear that after surgery I could call a member of his staff 24/7 if I had a post-op concern (I like that).

For the procedures, I also like that he has his own personal full-fledged operating room AT his office dedicated for his use only. When getting something done, it is mentally comforting to already be familiar with the environment and the staff; no cold hospital or other “facility” with unfamiliar faces.

I trust Dr. Ladner and his staff, I am very pleased with my results, and my repeat visits are what really speak volumes.

Dr. Ladner takes his time to make a plan specific to your wants and needs and explains everything in great detail. He then executes exactly what was discussed. He really cares about what each patient wants and does what is right for the best possible outcome! He is a wonderful surgeon and has improved my confidence and breathing. Dr. Ladner is by far one of the best.I have a son with Autism who had a mole on his chin that was bothering him due to his sensory issues and insecurity. Dr. Ladner provided a local anesthetic and my son said he didn’t even notice he gave him a shot. Don’t even get me started on Klaryssa! Every visit starts with her bright smile, and she’s always ready with answers or quick to find them.

So happy with my decision to go with Dr. Ladner! I had two other consults with two different Denver doctors and decided to go with him as he could do a closed procedure on me, prices were fair, and his before/after pictures looked great.

At first I was surprised he didn’t do a simulation, but I ended up liking that better since you don’t want to rely on a photoshopped picture. Trusted my gut and him and have no regrets! We are doing a small office procedure to shorten my columella even more, but overall I’ve been very happy, can breathe totally fine, and can’t wait to see my final results almost a year later now.

Had upper and lower eyelid surgery to open up my eyes and remove bags from under eyes. No problems with surgery or recovery. Dr Ladner and his staff were great. Always available to answer any questions before and after surgery. I recommend using Lid lift Goggles for the first 3 days after surgery, it greatly reduced recovery time.
