I am not sure that massages are absolutely necessary but are recommended after fat transfer and liposuction. But this treatment may be helpful in evening out the transferred fat, reducing the possibility of lumpiness, and improving the "take" of the fat.
SO liposuction always leaves an uneven result in the early days. Massage helps squeeze out the fluid that has replaced the fat globules and so can make the results smoother in the short term and speed recovery and the final results in the medium to long term. Don't excessively massage the areas that have had fat put in though as this may cause the fat to dissolve away if you are too vigorous too soon after fat transfer to those areas. Hope that helps Adam Goodwin
Since I do 5_+ BBlLs per week I recommend multiple massages to help with the swelling and drainage from the liposuctioned areas.
