I have a constant brown furrow.I don't know if it shows up in this photo. But, I always look kind of angry. I have had successful transfer of fat elsewhere, my cheek ended up with a little bit of an indent that looks strange. But I would consider if I transfer again if it would be a more permanent solution to the furrow. Botox does very little for me. My face can't move but the furrow is still there. I'm 46
