Hi! I've always been super insecure about my nose I would like to reduce the boulbous tip to make my nose less wide and also as shape to the tip. It is not proportionate. How much do you think the surgery can amount to? thanks!

The quotes you will receive for the cost of a rhinoplasty will vary widely. They are dependent on the experience of the surgeon, the type of anesthesia, and geographic location.   The fee you may also vary depending on whether or not the surgery is performed in an ambulatory surgery center, office based surgery center or hospital.  Around the country the fee for a rhinoplasty will range from $5000-$20,000.  In the Metropolitan Chicago I expect the average fee to be between  10,000 and $15,000.  I would caution you on choosing a surgeon based on the fee you were quoted.  Choose a surgeon that you are comfortable with, that answers your questions and that  you feel the technical expertise to properly executed this very complicated operation.
