Answer: Cup size from 325cc implants Thank you for your question. It is difficult to judge the final bra size you might achieve with a certain implant volume. There are many variables that affect the final outcome. Your best bet is to visit a board certified Plastic Surgeon with broad experience in implant surgery. We have a Vectra machine in our office that provides a very realistic and accurate simulated image of what a patient would look like with different types, sizes, and shapes of implants. We also size with implants placed in a bra to give another illustration. (If I had to wager a guess, however, I think you're in the right ballpark with a 325 on your frame!)

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I do this with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author
