My PS had a family emergency &won’t be here 2moro for my 1week postop apt. So that was rescheduled till next week, thing is I was told I was going to be taught to massage my breast on that apt. So now I’m like “great I have to wait till next week”.My concern is, isn’t that necessary as they where going to teach me?Any advice on how to massage breast after a Ba?Would you reccomend me to start doing my own massages or just wait till next week?I’m 1week post op so far& boobs look great, just tight.
