I had my surgery with Dr Rochira on the 19th Jan 2023. I had my initial consultation with him in October 2022 and he was very approachable and very professional. He outlined his expectations and as I had done my research prior I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. His goal is to keep you looking natural with a nose that suits your face, in comparison to some surgeons I’ve seen who place the same nose onto every patient. The whole process was smooth from start to end. I was so nervous about the surgery on the day but the care I received was fantastic. I am now 3 months post op and I can easily say I’d do it again if I had to. The bruising was pretty much none existent and there was very minimal swelling. No pain whatsoever, just an uncomfortable sensation like when you have a bad cold. My advice would be to do your research beforehand and you’ll be prepared for the results after the cast comes off. I knew I would be swollen at first and it wouldn’t be the final result. 3 months later and my nose fits my face and it frames my whole face so much better. Healing takes up to a year so I am not finished with my journey yet, but I am beyond happy with my result. My self esteem and confidence has increased hugely thanks to Dario and I’ll forever be grateful. I used to be obsessed with my nose in a negative way, I hated my side profile and when I smiled my nose would droop down. Now I’m obsessed in a different way and I can’t believe it’s my nose. Anyone worried about getting this procedure that wants it done, Dario will look after you and create a better version of yourself. I booked through the private clinic (wouldn't overly recommend) but did so because i knew I wanted the surgery with Dario. I am so pleased with my result,it looks natural and proportionate and the recovery was amazingly easy! No pain,just uncomfortable for a few days until the cast and splints were off/out.

Where do I begin?! I’ve just had my follow up appointment with Mr Rochira at nearly 8 weeks post op and the results are incredible. Although it takes up to a year to see the full results, my new nose already looks better than I ever could have hoped. From the first consultation Mr Rochira managed my expectations excellently and the whole process has more than exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful to every member of staff who has helped and looked after me along the way, including the amazing nurses who took such great care of me on the day of surgery when I was incredibly nervous.

I put off having this surgery until I was 30 as I was so scared of having an anaesthetic and I can honestly say that if you’re thinking about it but you’re worried and putting it off… just do it! Well... where do I begin? Dr. Dario Rochira is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Not only a nice person, but a perfectionist when it comes to plastic surgery. I had a breast auto augmentation in August with him and I am over the moon with my results! He exceeded my expectations... I cannot thank him enough for the treatment I received as well as the fantastic results! Thank you so much Dr. Rochira!

I had a bump on my nose that was visible from profile and side profile. I have done extensive research before finding Dr. Rochira. I’ve looked at top surgeons in London, but also at their results. The reason I chose him is that all his results were balanced and fit into my idea of beauty. I have seen a lot of surgeons going for “ideal noses” that looked too pointed up, or the slope was unnatural, but looking on his page, I did not find any unappealing nose. And as bonus points, he was using a modern technique that reduced the post-surgery bruising and left no external scars!
To get in touch with the doctor, I went through his PA, Tiffany, who is the sweetest person on earth. She was very supportive throughout, from moving the surgery around to fit some work commitments, up to the day post-surgery. We were exchanging messages on WhatsApp, showing her pictures of how the nose looked and she was there, comforting me, offering advice on what to eat in order to reduce the nauseating feeling that anaesthesia leaves.
Dr. Rochira is very kind and professional. He listened to all my requirements and understood exactly what I wanted, took me through every step of what was going to happen, explained to me the preservation rhinoplasty technique he is using, and discussed with me openly, advising me against ideas like getting my nose smaller, because it wouldn’t look good on my face.
I am in love with the result, and I have nothing but good words about my surgeon. I chose to share my pictures here and on his profile as well, in the hope that they will help you make the right decision if you are considering getting this procedure.
My biggest advice is to do your research properly, and find a doctor that has results you like, because you’re doing this for you, not for a beauty ideal, you are the one who will live with that nose for the rest of your life.

After many years of wanting a nose job, I finally had the courage to go ahead.
I am currently 10 weeks post op and how I feel about my nose changes from time to time. As I have thick skin, I am still swollen although I had a closed rhinoplasty. Dr Rochira used preservation rhinoplasty which is a less traumatic technique therefore the recovery was very good. I didn’t have bones broken, just rasp used to ‘shave’ off some bone and mainly tip work done. The cast and splints were removed on day 5. When removed, I felt much better. I will update the review and post pictures as time goes by

Sorry for the slow updates.... been quite busy! So a month or two ago I disliked my new nose. It lacked definition post op and I felt that the surgery was a complete waste as the difference was extremely minor and my nose was still too big for my face. I contacted Dr Rochira who explained that as I have thick skin I may not see the results I want but also explained that I need at least 1 year to see better results. He said he will see me as soon as lockdown restrictions are lifted which he did. So I saw him on Saturday and I had steroid injections to my nose to help reduce swelling and internal scarring. I hope to see a difference 2 weeks post injection. It’s very common for people with thick skin to have steroid injections as thick skin retains swelling much longer. Fingers crossed I see even more definition after the injections. Dr Rochira says if I see a benefit I would have another shot after 6 weeks to improve the results further. Looking at my nose and by touching it, I can already feel a slight improvement which is very reassuring. Will post more updates after 2 weeks

Ok so after 2 weeks from having the steroid injections I can confirm they work! My nose looks more refined after the injection. My family have noticed the change too. I feel that the front view of my nose Is much better now. Advice for thick skin patient: ask your surgeon about steroid injections! I’ll post pictures hopefully soon

I am told most patients get the same results as the immediate post op results but currently I am still swollen. I am due to have the second steroid injection next week so hoping it will reduce the size further.

Hi all. I had an appointment yesterday with dr rochira. He saw an improvement in my results post first steroid injection.
He injected another steroid shot into my nose. Hope it will shrink even more now! Dr rochira said i could get a third shot in 6 months time but no more than 3 shots as too much steroids could eat away your tissue.
I told Dr rochira that I think my nose is too big for my face and he explained that as I have thick skin I need probably more than 1 year to see final results. Also due to thick skin, it may never look as refined as I want.
What I’ve learnt so far is that you don’t see a huge difference when it comes to thick skin and rhinoplasty. People I see often didn’t even notice I’ve had work done including work colleagues and family!!
When I look back at old pics there’s definitely an improvement although my current nose is still big, but I have no regrets

I hated my nose for a long time ... my Septrum was deviated with a droopy tip and boy I forgot to mention how big my profile was .
I wanted to go abroad to have it done but realised quiet quickly that it will be a huge mistake and once your nose is messed up ... you will spend a fortune trying to fix it .
One day I was looking on Instagram and I saw the name of Dario along with pictures of his patient the concept of very little down time of preservation rhinoplasty was very appealing .
I booked my consultation with Dr Rochira he was honest down to earth and just listen to my concerns he said your nose it’s not pretty but there is nothing wrong with it you just want a pretty nose . I never felt pressurise the book the surgery he did a simulation on his computer and I knew at the moment he nailed it .

I booked my surgery followed all the instructions was a bit nervous on the day of the surgery as it was my first .
Honestly I don’t remember anything I was pretty nervous a week before but I feel stupid now .
Even with arnica I still bruised it went quickly from day 5 I felt much better .
It’s almost 3 month now and it was honestly the best decision of my life .
I look in the mirror and think how cute my nose is ! I love my profile and I just feel so happy I am not missing my hook for sure !

From start to finish my treatment has been above and beyond. I went to the initial consultation quite apprehensive as I hadn’t had very helpful experiences prior to meeting Dr Rochira. When I went in he made me feel really at ease, he’s a genuinely nice person who was honest with me about what could be done to get the results I wanted.
On the day of my surgery himself and the team who treated me were kind, funny to be around and comforting, they seem to really understand how daunting it can be.
Dr Rochira came to see me while I was in recovery and showed me a video of the before and after, which was brilliant because it put a lot of anxiety to rest.
The results of the operation are fantastic already and I’m still in the recovery phase. I really want to thank him and the team, for me this surgery is a massive boost to my confidence and I’m so glad I was treated by this team :)

My nose has been my biggest insecurity for as long as I can remember. At the age of 28, I decided that I needed to do something about it - after following Dario on Instagram and watching his daily uploads for over a month, I decided to book a consultation with him at The Private Clinic of Harley Street.
Meeting Dario at my consultation, he immediately put me at ease! He has a warm presence and is extremely professional! He knew exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done. I knew instantly after the consultation, he was the surgeon that I wanted to go with.
Day of my surgery: Being my first time having cosmetic surgery, I was very anxious however this was a distant memory after meeting the operating team. Everyone was very kind and caring which made me feel more at ease! I had requested that I was first down due to my anxiety and they made that possible for me which was amazing!
The day my splint was due to be removed, Dario was on annual leave but still in the clinic. He took the time out of his day off to remove the splint for me which I was really impressed with.
I am now 3 weeks post op and cannot thank Dario and his team enough. I am over the moon with my new nose and the new lease of confidence he has given me! To never have to feel self-conscious about my nose ever again is overwhelming. Dario is a perfectionist at his job, especially with Rhinoplasty surgery! He has been truly amazing from start to finish and cannot recommend him as a surgeon enough! I hope to book in Breast Augmentation with him in the near future
