30 years old - How obtainable is a conservative rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I have always wanted a nose job but do not want your typical ”ski slope” rhinoplasty. I feel that it would not match my proportions. Instead, I want to keep my natural ethnic style nose, just smaller and revised. I will attach a photo I did to “mimc” this look and need a professionals opinion if this is a common end result!
