I had a septo and rhinoplasty done almost 2 years ago Since the surgery i can only breath from one side at a time About 6 months ago i started to notice a dent on the side of my nose I wonder why this happened and if it will heal over time Doctor has confirmed inflammation on the nasal lining Any ideas on cause and fix please I really dont want another surgery

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. If you end up getting a revision, I would make sure to place a fascial  dorsal onlay graft  or moreselized bone dorsal
Onlay graft  to provide a smooth long-term contour of the dorsum. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
