Hello please help I am 3 months post op and was previously a 32 AA with no real breast breast tissue to work with so implants were really tight! I had 365cc implants which I love however there is more implant above the nipple than below which is giving a snoopy look to my boobs. Also my scars are still below the creas! Will they continue to move further south if I continue to wear the band at night and no bra and band at weekends? Or should I see my ps sooner? Thanks for helping.

Answer: Breast augmentation Hi thereThanks for your questionIt is still early days so I would suggest you let things settle down and continue to talk to your surgeon. As you had minimal breast tissue, a slim frame and a large implant it will take time for your tissues to accommodateGood luck in your recoveryPaul Banwell, Plastic Surgeon, London

Answer: Are your breast implants too high? Many thanks for posting your question. It appears from your pre-operative markings that the upper part of the planned pocket was fairly high. However, with time, things may continue to settle and improve.I would suggest you continued to follow the advice of your plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, these things can take many months before a final judgement can be made - even up to a year.Good luck with the future
