I have been told if you want nose job and a facelift you should not do both at the same time. My nose would involve fixing.a small deviated septum, broad tip that has pointed down with time and decrease the width of my nostrils. Please advise does order of, which is done first matter?

Turbinates are organs on the inside of your nose that filter and humidifier the air. They may be out fracture to increase somebody's airway. This should not lead to any change in the appearance of somebody's nose. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
