7 months post op - is rasping a bump on my bridge safe at this point? (photos)

Hello, I had an open rhinoplasty about 7 months ago. I really like the tip but I have a bump on the top part of my nose, on the Bonny part of the bridge which highly bothers me. My surgeon told me that it was my bone and that he didn’t remove enough of it during the surgery. He offered me to rasp the bump in his office in a few months under local anesthesia. After reading posts online I am scared that rasping would lead to an open roof deformity. Any advice? I am mostly bothered by the 3/4 side.
