I have consulted for vaser lipo w/ renuvion - Morpheus 8 and a mini neck lift. I don’t want surgery but also do not want to wast time & money. Looking for doctor feedback on where I am with skin integrity and what procedure is suggested.

Answer: What Will Work I would highly recommend a facelift/necklift to address the skin looseness/tissue laxity. Liposuction with skin tightening will not work and may even make things appear way more unnatural. I would highly recommend AGAINST any liposuction/radiofrequency of the neck because this is very important subcutaneous fat to maintain. I would highly recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with actual plastic surgery residency/fellowship training (not "facial plastics").
