It's understandable to want to avoid surgery, but with your photos, the minimal types of procedures will not help you and can really add up in cost. Recovery from surgery is about two weeks, and if you are a healthy person, you should fly right through it with a quality surgeon. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

From the photos, the Advanced MiniLift under local would give such great results and is so easy to undergo. It fixes the jawline and neck quick and safely. Never go under general if you can help it. Thanks for your question. Based on the photos, there is moderate skin laxity of the neck. Once that occurs, the gold standard treatment is generally considered to be a facelift and neck lift. Other minimally invasive treatments such as morpheus8, renuvion, lipo, vaser etc may get some improvement but not as much as the facelift procedure. would suggest a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for further information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, a necklift is the best option. This can be done wide awake using local anesthesia and oral medications to help you relax. Patients do incredibly well with this and it avoids the side effects of general anesthesia. I think you will be very disappointed with any other the other treatments mentioned and doing it awake makes it a relatively easy process.

I would highly recommend a facelift/necklift to address the skin looseness/tissue laxity. Liposuction with skin tightening will not work and may even make things appear way more unnatural. I would highly recommend AGAINST any liposuction/radiofrequency of the neck because this is very important subcutaneous fat to maintain. I would highly recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with actual plastic surgery residency/fellowship training (not "facial plastics").

A deep plane facelift with necklift is required to address your concerns. I recommend a vacation as a better use of your money than the plan mentioned. Be careful out there.

Hello, hope you are well. It's unlikely that the minimally invasive approach will provide an adequate result. There is significant soft tissue laxity which is best addressed with a surgical neck lift. If you're considering that route, you would also want to consider a lower facelift. You would have an excellent outcome.

Based on these photos, you seem to be a candidate for lower face/neck lift. None of the procedures you listed is going to give you result close to it. In person consultation with a plastic surgeon with good reputation in face/neck lift is recommended. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Nothing replaces an in-person examination but it appears that a formal neck and facelift will provide you the optimal results.
