6 months post op - I had an extended deep plane face and necklift/platysmaplasty. My neck is my biggest concern out of the two procedures right now. I have a pocket like apppearnce underneath with some dips, bumps and uneveness. At times it also stings. I have had two other consults suggest i need it fine tuned. Thoughts?
