Unhappy with my neck lift results (Photo)

Female, Age 57, Undesirable results to me - see photo. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performed surgery expressed that goal is improvement, not perfection. Also, that most patients would be thrilled with these results. I agree that the before and after pictures show improvement - with the lights and photography method used, you can’t even see this. But, in real life, I can see this. 1.5 years out. Am I crazy for concerns of asymmetry, sagging and indention in center?
