Feeling of a band around my jawline

I am a 35 year old male. I have a sensation as if there is a band-aid/plaster around my neck. It’s not painful but it’s extremely uncomfortable. It feels like there is something there even though there is nothing at least on the surface. I have been given steroid injections on 2 occasions and had 2 sessions of laser therapy. None of this has helped. Ultimately this is taking a severe toll on my mental health. I hope someone can give some more suggestions as to take this sensation away.
