Liposuction under local with the addition of Morpheus and Facetite to tighten up the skin would make a huge improvement and is so easy to undergo. You can look so much better in just 1 day. Cost is on special for only $4750 currently and is so worth it.

I would consider addressing the excess adipose tissue in your neck along with the subplatysmal structures in order to improve the contour and side profile you mentioned.

You look very young in the picture, so I would assume your skin quality and elasticity is quite good.
To help your areas of concern, I would recommend a combination of liposuction and laser tightening.

There are procedures called NeckTite and Morpheus that help to tighten the skin and subcutaneous tissues of the lower face and neck. Submental 'chin' liposuction performed at the end of the procedure helps to maximize the amount of slimming that can be achieved without making incisions. The BEST information you'll get is at office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon skilled in neck lift procedures. Necklift is the gold standard for defining and contouring the lower face, jawline, and neck. Adjunctive procedures such as jaw and/or chin augmentation, liposuction, skin tightening, etc. may be part of necklift. Liposuction doesn't effectively remove sub-platysmal fat, digastric muscles, submandibular glands, or skin, and although it's less invasive probably would not produce the result you want.

Nothing replaces an in-person examination but if the jowls are predominately loose skin, the only meaningful way at correction is a neck/face lift to elevate the tissues. Nonsurgical treatments would offer minimal results but may be able to slow the process of tissue sagging. Seek out a series of consultations from board certified providers.
