34 mom of 2, last June I got a breast lift and 375 moderate plus implant months later I lost 30lbs and I’m unhappy with the whole surgery. I’ve lost the volume up top plus some size leaving me super natural to the point it’s like nothing was done. I went back and he is recommending 500cc mod high extra gel to give me the fullness up top as well as more cleavage as requested,will 500 be to big for my frame and will they be “porn” boobs? Answer: Better photos Unfortunately, your photographs are inadequate. You may benefit more from a lift to achieve upper pole fullness. I would need photos without a bra on to give you a more accurate answer.

Answer: Implants The 500 cc implants will be too large and heavy for your frame. Please do not go so large. this will stretch and thin your tissue, be too heavy for your neck and shoulders and sag over time. Go in and try on additional 150 cc implants so you can feel the weight. You look nice in your photos.

Hello @Todd2018 thank you for your question. 500cc might be to big for your body frame and you have to take into account that you might need a breast pay as well. the look of implants is not just about size, but also how you want to achieve a natural result. The plane on which the implant will be placed has a great deal to do with how these implants will look in some years to come. Answer: Breast implant exchange Thanks for your inquiry but without measurements it is hard to advise, in general increasing volume by changing to a more projected implant is an excellent strategy--may consider slightly more volume and change to extra high profile or "Boost" line of Mentor implants to also add more projection and upper pole fullness, good luck.

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes.
