Hi there, I feel as if my tip is a bit droopy and bulbous. (Tip makes my nose look long) I like the rest of my nose and I don't mind the hump. I am just curious if there is any way I can minimize the tip in any shape or form maybe even ever so slightly via Tip Rhinoplasty I am open to very small/minor corrections that might help it balance a little.

Answer: Rhinoplasty When performing a Rhinoplasty the surgeon has to evaluate and sculpt the entire nose to balance all of the components. Just doing the tip when the top or dorm may require addressing would not be optimal. In general, the top, sides and tip of the nose should be modified to refine the nose but maintain the patients personal look. See the supporting link for additional information.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, the best procedure for you would be a full rhinopasty. If a surgeon only operates on your tip you will likely end up needing a revision as your nose will look natural or proportional. However a full rhinoplasty would be a great procedure for you and can have a very natural look. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
