Could a Tip Plasty help?

Addressing just your nasal tip is definitely an option. And subtle, small changes to personalize your rhinoplasty to help balance your facial profile makes a lot of sense. I would recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon to be fully evaluated in person and to come up with a plan that you both agree on that can help you achieve your goals.
Keep in mind “Tip Rhinoplasty” won’t address any breathing issues you may have.

A tip plasty would help define the tip and create more projection but at the same time I would recommend taking care of the small dorsal convexity.

If you don’t plan on reducing the dorsal hump I recommend that you do nothing at all. Reduction of the bridge is important in order to get a nose that looks good

When performing a Rhinoplasty the surgeon has to evaluate and sculpt the entire nose to balance all of the components. Just doing the tip when the top or dorm may require addressing would not be optimal.
In general, the top, sides and tip of the nose should be modified to refine the nose but maintain the patients personal look. See the supporting link for additional information.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, the best procedure for you would be a full rhinopasty. If a surgeon only operates on your tip you will likely end up needing a revision as your nose will look natural or proportional. However a full rhinoplasty would be a great procedure for you and can have a very natural look. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Since you have a large dorsal hump, you are not a candidate for a tip plasty only, because the nose will be completely out of balance. You're a good candidate for a full rhinoplasty, which can be done with a closed approach with all the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing as required either
