Will I need a rhinoplasty to correct my nose? Can a plastic surgeon help? (Photo)

Question

I had nose filler over a year ago and the tip of the nose showed that filler was there (it was shiny) but not red. I went to get the filler dissolved recently and filler was still present. I went and got it dissolve again and there is still filler present. See photos! Can you please identify if this is just stubborn filler that will need to be dissolved again or if this is a more serious case of tissue damage as the filler will not dissolve. Do I need to see a specialist? Please help.

Your best option is to have a rhinoplasty performed to reduce tip cartilages and correct any other asymmetries present.

You are a candidate for a rhinoplasty with possible septoplasty.  The tip of the nose is bulbous and it appears the septum off the midline as well.

Based on your photos, it appears that the caudal end of your nasal septum is deviated to the left and that is causing your tip to veer to the right. I'm not convinced that this has anything to do with a previous injectable filler treatment. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist for consultations so you can figure out what might be best for you moving forward. Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos we do not recommend nasal filling, I recommend that you have a detailed examination with an Ent doctor for this.
It would be better face to face consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. If you are contemplating having a rhinoplasty, Filler can easily and safely be removed at the same time as surgery. There is no need to have it dissolved prior to a surgical Rhinoplasty. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
