Based on your photos, it appears that the caudal end of your nasal septum is deviated to the left and that is causing your tip to veer to the right. I'm not convinced that this has anything to do with a previous injectable filler treatment. As far as I can see from your photos we do not recommend nasal filling, I recommend that you have a detailed examination with an Ent doctor for this.

There is no need to have it dissolved prior to a surgical Rhinoplasty. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
