Concerns about rhinoplasty to fix broken nose - graft, open roof deformity, possible revision? (Photos)

My nose was broken in March 2024. The break caused an open roof deformity and was described to me as a crush injury. I had a rhinoplasty in May 2024. My surgeons told me they would do osteotomies to fix the open roof deformity, would do rasping to fix the bony open roof on the bridge of my nose, and a cartilage graft to rebuild my bridge. I'm a year post-op and I'm unhappy with the results. Based on my surgery notes, the surgeons only did the graft. I think I can see the open roof deformity under the graft. Also, I I think I can see the graft move whenever I wash my face, take off makeup, or rub my nose. I also think the depression in my bridge is coming back or was never fixed (now that the swelling has gone down I can see the divot). I rarely ever touch my nose because I'm so scared the graft will move or be reabsorbed. My nose is still numb and I still have a dull pain from the break and surgery. At every post-op appointment I've told my surgeons I'm not happy with the results, something feels off, and I'm not sure it's healing well. They always reassure me it's fine and seem to suggest my expectations were too high. I'm scared to get anesthesia again and have a revision. I'm not sure if there's anything that can be done.
