Just realized my columellar strut has shifted - can this be placed and secured permanently? (Photos)

4 years ago I had a rhinoplasty to fix my bulbous tip and the hump on my nose bridge. Overall I was happy with the results although there was always what seemed to be lots of swelling around the tip area. I thought it might be thick skin related, or scar tissues and I considered getting steroid shots. I knew t a strut Was put in during the surgery and I always thought it served no purpose as it was just making my nose look long and wasn’t doing anything for projection. I dont know what went through my head this morning but I had the feeling the strut was way too low and I started pushing my nose upwards and press on the strut. I basically got a new nose in a matter of minutes. I couldn’t believe my eyes, you can see photos for reference because I know it sounds insane. I don’t think it will stay like this so is there any not too invasive procedure that can be done to put the strut in place and secure it permanently? And is there any surgeon in London/ Europe that can do this?
