Right breast implant is too far in the middle and drops - What correction is recommended? (photos)

At this point you have invested quite a lot on your breasts and so I would recommend the simplest correction which would be to correct the L breast excess lower pole skin that makes it look more ptotic than the R side. This will not correct nipple position asymmetry but the shape will be similar and you should be happier with the results.

It does appear that the right nipple and areola is naturally higher to begin with. Now you have fold malposition with decent of the implant which causes the nipple/areola complex look even higher.

A breast revision would be necessary to set the fold and possibly to remove some of the lower pole skin. A consult in person is really necessary for a proper assessment and plan.

I would suggest posting before implants view to see what your actual anatomy is. If one nipple does point out to the side more than the other naturally, this might be more difficult to correct.

Excellent question. I do agree that one nipple is pointing upward, which means the implant may have descended. I think putting mesh in for support is a good move. However, I also see your asymmetry in size. Depending on how long it it's been since your original surgery, and how unhappy you are with the result, you can consider a second opinion.

Correction requires tightening/ closing the lower breast pocket. Mesh may be employed as well.

The first photo shows a fold malposition (bottoming out). You can tell as the inframammary fold is lower on that side. Correction would be to repair the fold with new mesh. If your surgeon does not have the experience to fix this seek someone ho does.

Your implant does not look correct and needs another revision. In Charlotte, there are many great plastic surgeons. Perhaps try Drs Beasley or Waterson.
