Right breast implant is too far in the middle and drops - What correction is recommended? (photos)

I had my breast implants replaced in December 2021 and they are very uneven. The surgeon increased the size from 375cc to 440cc because I felt like the original implants sat too low, and this was supposed to give the appearance that they were higher. He also added mesh (I’m not sure what kind, the mesh was an additional $1000). The surgeon says that because the incision is still in the crease this is just my anatomy, but they were not this lopsided before. What correction is recommended?
