Hi everyone, my 535cc high profile silicone implants have bottomed out and went out to the sides. Photos are attached. I am planning on getting revision surgery with internal sutures. I wanted opinions of surgeons about the need for going smaller this time around and if I did go smaller, how much smaller of an implant would make a difference? I really do not want to go through another surgery and risk recurrence of bottoming out. Thank you!

Closed capsulotomy entails squeezing or pushing on the implant to try to use the device to stretch scar tissue. It is associated with a higher risk of implant rupture or bleeding, and may void any warranty for the implant. It is contraindicated by implant manufacturers in the US. Capsulectomy...
You probably need to go down in size to find something more comfortable, even though this size looks good on you. A year wait is plenty of time to allow for healing.
I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and being examined and measured to see what would be best. I am not a fan of the tear drop implants since they have more risks. With standing, round implants assume the tear drop shape.
