Should I consider a second revision? Concerned about asymmetry and size. Currently 415 cc high implants (photos)

Your breasts are already wider than your chest wall. You cannot tolerate more volume to your breasts. If you want your breasts to appear larger you may consider a tummy tuck. A tummy tuck will make the abdomen flatter and make the breasts appear larger. Also, at the same time, fat can be harvested from the abdomen or elsewhere and transferred to the breasts if you want additional upper pole fullness.

Overall you have excellent results. There is adequate symmetry and they look very natural. I would hold off on further surgery.

Since you needed a lift, I would suggest not going larger or you will just have heavy and soon sagging implants. Your own tissue, that previously sagged, must support the weight of implants. Please don't go larger or you will be disappointed.
