I am a very tiny person, and I understand that breast implants are going to be felt. When I lay down my breast goes further out one side to left and the other further right it just feels weird. I’ve never had implants obviously so I am unsure about this. Maybe I’m just over thinking. My boyfriend said they look fine…

One thing that could be causing your problems is that your implants are too large and heavy on your tissue and are bottoming out and sitting too low. I would suggest going smaller and you may need mesh as an internal bra for better support.
I would suggest getting an ultrasound to see if there is any fluid around your implants. Itching may be due to damage to very small sensory nerves from surgery.
