I am a very tiny person, and I understand that breast implants are going to be felt. When I lay down my breast goes further out one side to left and the other further right it just feels weird. I’ve never had implants obviously so I am unsure about this. Maybe I’m just over thinking. My boyfriend said they look fine…

Answer: Lateral migration of implants It is normal that breast tissue, as well as implants move on the side when you are on your back. That is due to gravity and curvature of the chest wall. However, if that is something that you do not like, you should ask your surgeon whether lateral capsulorrhaphy ( to diminish breast implant space on the side) would make sense. Good luck.

Answer: Implants It appears that your pockets are not equal, and one does slide more to the side when you lie down and one drops more. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. Also, always wear a good supporting bra.
