Is it possible that my implants have dropped below or fallen out of the pocket? (Photos)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It is normal that breast tissue, as well as implants move on the side when you are on your back. That is due to gravity and curvature of the chest wall. However, if that is something that you do not like, you should ask your surgeon whether lateral capsulorrhaphy ( to diminish breast implant space on the side) would make sense. Good luck.

It appears that your pockets are not equal, and one does slide more to the side when you lie down and one drops more. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. Also, always wear a good supporting bra.

It's not uncommon for implants to move to the side when laying flat on your back or changing position. If they move too much a procedure can be performed to tighten the pocket to keep them more in place. Your surgeon can evaluate you if you are concerned.

I'm sorry but I cannot tell from your photos. Implants obviously can fall out of position, either to the side or bottom. And smooth implants will move out of position more than textured implants. I would encourage you to see your physician, or a good board-certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated.

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. I did not assess patient surgery with patient in a supine position.
There is no evidence of anything wrong with the outcome of your procedure based on the pictures included.

There is no obvious displacement of the implants on the photos. I would suggest that you follow up with your plastic surgeon and explain your concerns. good luck!
