Weird squishy air pocket feeling

Hello had a B.A about 7 years ago, I went under the muscle w\silcone. I feel like there is an air pocket in my left 1. It’s a squish feeling also have had a itchy nip on that side for years. My gyno said hmm that’s weird and was gonna prescribe me yeast cream when clearly there is no yeast!! It just itches no color change nothing else . I’m woundering if this is a concern and should I talk to my reg Dr about it ?
