Late diagnosed with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), hormone replacement therapy has failed to achieve breast growth (I'm about a 2 in Tanner stages), and implants are my only option now. I'm wondering, can they be covered by OHIP as "reconstructive surgery", given my diagnosis? My CAH has lead to severe gender dysphoria, and I'm aware top surgery for transwomen and cancer survivors is covered for similar reasoning. Thanks

One thing that could be causing your problems is that your implants are too large and heavy on your tissue and are bottoming out and sitting too low. I would suggest going smaller and you may need mesh as an internal bra for better support.
I would suggest getting an ultrasound to see if there is any fluid around your implants. Itching may be due to damage to very small sensory nerves from surgery.
