I have UHP Mentor textured implants 535cc left and 485cc right. I can feel pain under my right nipple (sometimes), it doesn’t occur when I touch it and it also doesn’t hurt at all when I touch my nipple (right breast). I am due to have an ultrasound in December. My implants have not settled properly anyway. What could the cause of the pain be?

I would suggest getting an ultrasound to see if there is any fluid around your implants. Itching may be due to damage to very small sensory nerves from surgery.
