Hi there- there are many possible causes of breast pain, including, believe it or not, caffeine intake. The implants don't seem to have capsular contracture, but that is best evaluated in person. Glad you're getting your ultrasound, keep seeing your surgeon

One thing that could be causing your problems is that your implants are too large and heavy on your tissue and are bottoming out and sitting too low. I would suggest going smaller and you may need mesh as an internal bra for better support.

There can be many causes for nipple pain. It is always best to be evaluated by your surgeon if you develop new symptoms. It does appear that your breasts may be bottoming out which sometimes is related to implants that are too large. This shape correction can be discussed with your surgeon.
