Im close to 4 wks s/p liposuction on thighs/knees. Ive been wearing the garment 24/7. I started elliptical & walking on the treadmill at 3 wks (walking slightly earlier). I was told I could stop wearing the garment @ wk 4 (this Monday). Im curious what the majority think about wearing the garment DURING & RIGHT AFTER exercise @ 4 wks & slightly beyond. Im wanting to start running as well. Is there benefit in continuing to wear it during exercise (in swelling). Eager to get my routine back!
