Is there anyway to tighten loose pubic skin?

I have 1.75 inches of pubic skin and fat and that's at my skinniest. So if I gain any weight it's really not a good thing. Is there anything I can do to get it down to at least .50 the surgeon I talked to said its normal but, I'm very unhappy and don't understand why I'm so loose. By the way my skinniest was 173 and I'm 6'2 I still have some excess skin sure it adds some pounds :(

Thank you for your question.  Excess adipose and loose skin in the pubic region can be addressed with a combination of liposuction and direct removal of adipose and skin.  It is difficult to say that it can be reduce to half an inch in thickness, but it sounds as if an improvement in contour can be accomplished. Be sure to see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation.

Liposuction and surgical excision are easily done in that area. One additional thing to keep in mind, if you take away too much of the padding over the pubic bones, sex can become very uncomfortable or even painful.
