Very pronounced, premature under and upper eyelid wrinkles (or folds)? Age 27, really don’t know how to fix them. (photos)

Hello, I am hoping not to use fillers, but am curious about eye lift procedures. My eye lids fold up making me look much older when I smile. I lost a significant amount of weight, my work involved staring at screens all day (graphic design), I was late to using sunscreen and sunglasses, have sensitivities to many products, and there is a genetic component to my hooded upper eye lids- and the folds to an extent. My eyes were always somewhat wrinkled, but they keep getting worse. Thank u
