Can I get my nipple pierced after breast lift? (Photo)

if you are fully healed from your surgery, then there is no contraindication for piercing. But every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol, which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Once you are fully healed from your breast lift their is no reason you cannot proceed to having your nipples pierced. If their is any particular problem check in with your surgeon. Good luck.

Your nipples should be essentially the same now as they were before surgery.  If you were a candidate for a nipple piercing before surgery then you should still be a candidate for a nipple piercing.

If you do not have implants and your surgery was over 6 months, then you probably will be fine to pierce your nipples. You may lose sensation with the piercing. If you have implants, please don't pierce because of the increase of bacteria inside the nipple from the piercing.

If you've only had a breast lift – no implants – and you're fully healed from your surgery, there's no medical reason why you shouldn't be able to have your nipple pierced. The entire healing process from your breast lift could take up to a year, so keep that in mind when you're considering the timing of your piercing. If you have any particular concerns about your nipples or your breasts after surgery, feel free to touch base with your plastic surgeon to get the all clear.

If you had only a lift (no implants) and are fully healed then having a nipple piercing should be fine. If you experienced increased nipple sensation after your lift, you may find that the piercing process itself is more sore, but may given some increased stimulation in the long run. But, if it's the lift that you are unhappy with, I would encourage you to have a discussion with your surgeon or another ABPS Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area before jumping into getting piercings. Hello. I can see whats bothering you in the results of the breast lift. the skin is still bit more saggy and dull, which could have been more perky and tight. Few days of massages might help you there. However when it comes to the nipples, its better to avoid the piercing in case of small size. Not only is the piercing procedure problematic in those conditions, but also it takes longer time to recover and will be painful for longer period, during the periods when they are stimulated. So better to avoid.
