I have had 2 BBL's in the past so going under the knife would not be ideal but would be open to any other method to at least feel confident in wearing leggings again :-(.
Answer: My recommendation Hello, thank you for the question and great photos.. after analysing your case.. I can say there's not much you can do to fix it (non surgical) but I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL revision, this would fix your problem, give you great results and improve the look of your butt. I know it's hard for you to trust since you already had two bad experiences, but give it a last chance and please visit a board certified plastic surgeon, specialized in cases like this, so you can talk about your goals and any extra information you need to know. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia

Answer: BBL revision Based on these photos, I do not think that your problem can be corrected without surgery. What exactly needs to be done (buttock lift, skin excision, liposuction, or combination of these) can be decided only on the basis of in person consultation. Good luck.

Answer: I have a deformed BBL, can it be fixed without going under the knife again? Hello, thank you for your question. It is hard to tell without a physical examination, you may benefit from a Lift. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss about your goals and determine the procedure that would work best for you.

Answer: BBL revision Dear Emely3339, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would need a surgery to correct your issues. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Corrective Treatment for a Deformed BBL Thank you for your question. In general it can be very stressful for patients to undergo revisions of a cosmetic surgery. It would be helpful to look at pre-operative photographs to see if there was skin laxity and sagging of these contours before the BBL. Also more photos but most importantly a physical exam by a board certified Plastic surgeon is important to be able to better judge the soft tissue fullness and contours to decide what might be the most appropriate treatment. Sometimes there are limits as to what a surgical procedure alone can accomplish and sagging tissues may not always be corrected by filling the tissues with microfat grafting, rather other surgical procedures such as a lift may be necessary. I would not recommend a non-surgical treatment such as CoolSculpting because it will not provide skin tightening, may compromise the fat grafting that was performed to give you the fullness you want and placement of the applicator would be difficult. If you are healed enough from the fat grafting procedures, a possible consideration may be to use non-surgical muscle toning procedures to tighten your muscles and possibly improve the sagging, but it likely is a long shot. Overall, you will likely need a surgical procedure to correct it. Talk to your surgeon again with an open mind as this sometimes happens. If you do not feel comfortable with your original surgeon, then consult another Plastic Surgeon.
