How can I fix these BBL dents and dimples on both cheeks of my butt?

There are many dents and dimples across both cheeks of my butt, and I have huge dents on both sides between my butt and thighs where fat was moved around. It's very obvious in natural lighting and I'm wondering what treatment and procedures would be best. I've changed my diet and increased exercise hoping that I will see improvement in a few months, but I'm guessing a surgeon might be needed.

Thank you for your question and pictures.   it is very difficult to give you and accurate response without seeing the full 360 picture.   first I would recommend you do nothing till at least one year after your last BBL.  Second yes there is other procedures to fix contour asymmetries.   And finally you need to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that specializes in Re-Do work.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. If you are not satisfied, you can get additional fat transfer or Sculptra. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
