Is the sagging skin of the gluteal fold post black due to weight loss or a BBL done incorrectly?

I had a BBL done in 2013. Pre BBL and for years after the bottoms of my butt cheeks did not sag. About 4 years post BBL I began noticing that the skin near the gluteal fold was saggy/hanging. I had lost about 10 pounds at that time. Did the weight loss cause the skin to sag? Was the fat from the BBL not placed correctly? I’m very sad as I loved my results before this happened and do not want to add any more fat to that area for fear of the same Thing occurring and it becoming saggier.
