I am 40 years old i was wondering if chin liposuction or mini facelift to correct this ?

Answer: It seems that now is the time for that Advanced Mini Face/Neck lift under local. There is nothing going to make the lower face/neck look fabulous now other than a great mini Lift under local. It is so easy to undergo and you look so amazing in just 2 days . You are wrapped up for 1-2 weeks though but there is almost no pain during or afterwards. A little filler in the nasolabial areas would compliment the results nicely as well as a face/neck/chest resurfacing with Morpheus8 and a medium TCA peel.

It is possible you might need a mini lift but it is hard to tell without an in person examination. I would recommend consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in your area.

Answer: Chin Liposuction and Thermitight Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

Answer: Consider a mini facelift for sagging neck Although the pictures aren't ideal, it appears that there is some laxity along the jawline in addition to the area under the chin. You are too young for a full facelift but a mini could be just the ticket.
