Mini facelift? Under eyes? Eyebrow lift? What do I actually need? With so many options it's impossible to tell. (Photos)

I'm considering a mini facelift for the jowl area... a brow lift for the eyebrows and grumpiness. plus upper eyelid sagging should I get upper eyelid instead of eyebrow lift? Mini lift or mid-lift? Or is there a better way to fix it? I don't feel like they're THAT bad but they're on the road there. And my upper eye eyebrow sag is heavy on my eyelids, causing headaches. Ever since November 2020 I got Ultherapy it has gotten slowly worse. Eye sagging even crepey skin. The jowl fold. Bleh. I'm 30.

You do not need a forehead lift, mini face lift, or midface lift. Sadly if you ask enough doctors, that is exactly what you will be hustled into surgery for you right or wrong. You are asking for the wrong thing. Your overwhelming issue is profound upper eyelid ptosis with a compensatory eyebrow elevation. You need esthetic upper eyelid surgery to fix your upper eyelid ptosis or heaviness. When that is done, the compensatory eyebrow elevation will be softened the secondary lines in your forehead. I strongly advise you to have this done before letting surgeons fiddle with your beautiful face. If you are using an eyelash or eyebrow growth serum, stop these immediately. Anything that stimulates the growth of an eyelash or eyebrow hair, likely contains a prostaglandin that harms the fat in the upper eyelid an prematurely ages your eye area. Your eyes can be your best feature.

You have a "sleepy eye" look.  This is called "ptosis" of the eyelids.   Your upper eyelids seem to sit on your pupils, rather than on the upper part of the iris. While you might benefit from a mid-facelift, that does not seem to be the primary problem here.

Too young for any type of facelift or forehead lift. I think upper and lower eyelid surgery would be worthwhile and maybe some Botox.  But if you want a facelift you will easily find someone to do it.

Your eyebrow position is totally acceptable, and a brow lift is unnecessary.  There's extra skin on your upper eyelids and an upper blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish improvement, as long as there's not ptosis present. You do not need a mini facelift at age 30.
