I’ve always felt uncomfortable with my midface because it seems my cheekbones are too wide and the temples too narrow. Is it a combination of wide cheekbones and/or narrow temple area? I also wanted to know why my cheeks are saggy and why they seem fat? Is there too much fat or just too much skin (or maybe both) and would you recommend a midface lift in combination with liposuction and buccal fat reduction? An Asian friend of mine recommended zygoma reduction. I also have nasolabial folds
