Pain from breast tacked to rib for bottomed-out breast, will this improve?

Please help! Several months ago I had a procedure done to fix a bottoming out breast. My ps tacked my left breast to my rib. My ribs have been so sore. Sometimes my range of motion affected. I sometime can see and feel a pull under the skin. This is messing with my mental state. Will this improve? I often like and pull at the area to see if the pain is there and it is which I assume is making it worse. My PS says that what he did shouldn’t be causing this but it can be a coincidence

Thank you for your question. Your implants have bottomed out and are drifting towards the side. Over time that tends to happen with larger implants. My recommendation would be to exchange the implants for around 300 to 350 cc, perform a small breast lift and add an internal mesh bra for support....
