BWD 11cm, 200cc, 5'2, 8 stone 8 lbs, what size to go up too? (Photos)

Question

I currently have mentor 200cc mod plus dual plane in, iv told my PS I’m unhappy with the appearance of them, they look flat! I’m 5”2 8stone 8, my BWD is 11cm, what size and profile can I go up to, to achieve perkier boobs? My second pic is how I would like them to look, any recomendations welcome!

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

You might consider going with 250-300 cc's, but with a higher profile and a more narrow base. You still won't look exactly like your wish photo since your anatomy is different.

Hi Roxy2019, excellent question. It's difficult to answer your question without more information. For example, how long as it been since surgery? It looks like your implants haven't descended, and maintain the outline of the pec muscle. You can consider getting a high profile implant, or switching to a subglandular plane. These are general suggestions, but hard to give advice on your specific case without knowing your preoperative exam.

Based on your pictures in order to get your desired result I recommend the Mentor`s round shaped breast implant which will give your breast rounder and graceful appearance. The size can go up to around 350 cc depending on face to face examination. One day before the surgery you will go through some tests in the hospital in order to understand whether you are suitable for revision breast augmentation surgery or not. You may not need to increase your implant size, but rather revise them.  They are way to high with no natural round lower breast pole shape.  A revision augmentation with partial capsulectomy (removal of scar tissue at the bottom of the breast along with opening the lower pocket to round out the breasts) would do wonders.  If a little larger breast is desired, increase by no more than 25cc's (which is 10% larger than the implants you currently have).
