Does the incision site where the ThermiTight probe enters the skin leave a permanent scar?

I am curious whether the incision site where the ThermiTight probe enters the skin leaves a permanent scar. I understand that the incision is small and does not require stitches, but it seems that it must still leave a small mark. Thank you.

ThermiTight uses a tiny probe to deliver radiofrequency energy to the skin to shrink and tighten the collagen. The “incisions” are really just punctures, as the probe is slender -- like a needle. The punctures tend to heal on their own, just as injection punctures do. Unless a small amount of liposuction is performed in conjunction with Thermi tight, then the "scars" are puncture wounds that are virtually invisible.  Two are placed just below the ear lobe in a natural crease hiding them.   The central one is placed in a small crease just below the skin.  Even when I perform a small amount of liposuction, these scars are very small and difficult to see!

patients, there is no real scar. It's much like when you have blood drawn from
your arm. Occasionally patients who are sensitive can have small spots/dots that usually go away within a week or so.

There are really no incisions done during ThermiTight, only 2-3 needle punctures that allow a small radio frequency probe to enter under the skin. These punctures almost always heal without any scars. Occasionally, when liposuction is performed along with ThermiTight, a small 2-3mm incision is made to allow the access for liposuction cannula.  Again, it usually heals nearly unnoticeably and is commonly placed in the skin creases for better camouflage.
