Scarlet face lifting or ThermiTight?

Question

Scarlet or thermitight is better for sagging face? Can I use scarlet for my tummy as well? Which one do you recommend me? I had thermitight 2 months ago after all the rewlevs. Yes there are some changes but minimal. A friend of mine had scarlet and very happy about the result. Now time for my tummy. Whicone shall I try? Thanks

Great question. The big difference between the two is the the SCF procedure is effectively just radio frequency (RF) micro needling while the TT procedure involves placing energy directly beneath the skin and tightening from the inside out.  In my opinion, I feel that the TT procedure would be far more effective but would also combine that with a series (4-6) of standard micro needling treatments following the initial TT session to improve skin quality.  I do far more of these combination procedures than single procedures alone and find that the results are much better and longer lasting.  I hope that helps!-Gregory A. Thank you for your question.  I recommend a combination of procedures for optimal results.
  
ThermiTight utilizes a small electrode inserted under the skin to heat tissue to a selected therapeutic temperature.  Literature has shown that elevating skin to a therapeutic temperature level can contract collagen molecules and stimulate collagen production, which may give the appearance of lifting or tightening.   Fat reduction is rare, unless set to high temperatures and kept at high temperatures for a significant amount of time .
  
To best answer your question,  it  depends on how much skin laxity you have.   ThermiTight can work well in the thigh area to tighten skin that is mild to moderately laxity.  Surgery may be a better option, if you have excessive laxity.   Results with ThermiTight vary from patient to patient.  You should experience some overall improvement.
