For my whole life I've felt that my nose doesn't match my soft features. My nose is a very strong, better suited to someone with angular features. I want to change the shape of my nose so it matches the rest of my face. The extra photo I included is an example of the shape I want. Let me be clear: I don't want any narrowing done if it can be avoided, only to elevate the tip and change the shape of my nostrils. How would this be accomplished? I worry about having a long philtrum afterwards.
