Can my nose look black again? (alar reduction revision)

Asked By:judy2250 in Chicago, IL

My surgeon done a good job overall but the nose doesn’t balance out my face. I wanted a subtle natural looking ethnic black nose. It has been a month and I hate it my look has completely changed. nostrils are extremely too narrow for my face. I now have no crease or flare which was important. alars are extremely straight no definition. Can surgery be done to reverse alar reduction? Im now 6wks post op I know it’s very early to be critical but will my nose widen out over time?
