Laser liposuction or tummy tuck? (Photo)

A classic tummy tuck with a repair of the abdominal muscles will give you the most dramatic results but that will have the most scarring and downtime as well, liposuction will give a nice change with minimal scarring and minimal downtime. Its about deciding what is most important to youGOOD LUCK

Laser liposuction can help remove excess fat, while a tummy tuck (with a scar) can tighten the abdominal muscles and remove excess skin and fat from the lower abdomen. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian

From your photos, it appears that you have loss of skin elasticity (mostly from pregnancies) along with excess fat tissue, but you also have laxity of the abdominal muscles.  Laser lipo is not going to achieve your goals of a flat stomach.  You need abdominoplasty with repair of diastasis/laxity of the abdominal muscles.  Lipo can be done cautiously at the same time if needed.  You need in office consolation with an experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Based on the picture, it appears that you need muscle plication (tightening) in addition to skin excision.  Liposuction will not remove the roundness of your abdomen since your muscle are loose - giving you that rounded appearance.  Liposuction will thin out the fat later but not change the shape of your abdomen.Good Luck.  

you look like an ideal candidate for lipo especially if it performed by someone well trained and who knows how to contour your body.  you likely need the abdomen,size and hips and can use that fat for transfer to the buttock if you wanted to give it more shape.  Laser liposuction doesnt give a tummy tuck look, it can help tighten skin but that all depends on how your skin tone is.  I suggest a formal consultation with someone who specializes specifically in this type of surgery and they will be able to give you the best options.  Do not compromise your care for price or distance.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi, thanks for your pictures and for your questions, look, liposuction would not give you a total flattened abdomen, due to the fact that you need your abdominal wall muscles to be repaired by an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. Lipo could be used as an aid achieving an hourglass shape figure adding it to the tt procedure, but honestly your abdomen is protruded mainly because of pregnancies. Please have an in person consultation so you might be able to discuss thoroughly all your expectations vs. possible outcome and the technique that will suit your case the most. NO laser Lipo for you! You need full TT with MR to a chi eve the look you desire. Seek in person opinions.Please. 

After three kids, I'd say you likely need a tummy tuck to repair and fix your muscle separation that occurs with pregnancy.  The roundness you have is likely from a condition known as rectus diastasis that gets repaired with a full tummy tuck.  Your less than previously elastic skin and stretch marks can then be pulled down and cut away.  Your scar will be below your bikini line and your results should be amazing.  No amount of liposuction or laser treatments will help.
