Answer: Laser liposuction or tummy tuck? From your photos, it appears that you have loss of skin elasticity (mostly from pregnancies) along with excess fat tissue, but you also have laxity of the abdominal muscles. Laser lipo is not going to achieve your goals of a flat stomach. You need abdominoplasty with repair of diastasis/laxity of the abdominal muscles. Lipo can be done cautiously at the same time if needed. You need in office consolation with an experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
