i got laser lipo about 8-9 weeks ago outer thigh flanks upper and lower abdomen no result i am the same weight so i havent gained any fat and i want to get lipo again and vaser to add a line down my stomach and i want the fat injected into my but, will the fat survive or because its already been damaged by the laser will it be absorbed and why have i no result it it because the took not enough fat only 250ccor should i get but implants i have to fly back 9 days after getting it and go on holiday
Answer: Lipo Thanks for the question, the final results should come at 3-6 months once the swelling starts to settle, I wouldn't suggest going back into the same areas for at least a year in order to see the final result

Answer: Liposuction and Results I typically tell people to wait at least 3 months after surgery to have another surgery. Post laser fat is not the best fat to transfer, but I have done it many times with excellent results. My only caveat to patients is that it may reduce the chance of a good take to the buttock or elsewhere. However, with proper technique you can get amazing results if you are a good candidate and still have fat, excellent skin tone and texture, as well as muscular development. I suggest going to an expert who will contour and shape you to your goals. Best, Dr. Emer.

You would definitely want to switch to VASER if you want to consider fat grafting to the buttocks. I would suggest you wait about 4 or more months before repeating the surgery to ensure all swelling is resolved and the remaining fat cells are viable enough for transfer. At that point, it is unlikely that you will have more than the normal 50% absorption of transferred fat. 250mL is a VERY small amount of fat to remove so is a little unusual. Please make sure that you schedule consultations with board certified plastic surgeons with experience in this type of surgery. Good luck!
