Kybella is only appropriate when you have a double chin. I don’t see any extra fat underneath your chin in the photos you posted. Therefore, you would not benefit from Kybella. You are already quite attractive, but if you want to continue improving your face I’d suggest augmenting your chin with Voluma and/or Restylane Lyft, as it will make your face look more heart-shaped and feminine. Consulting a board-certified dermatologist will allow you to make subtle or dramatic changes to your face, as needed.
you have beautiful facial features.. you would have to tell me what you feel you dont like about your appearance. my guess is that a little filler here and there would help but you would have to sit down with your doc and point things out
You should have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to evaluate your face and possible areas of concern. Based on the pictures neither Kybella nor Botox are indicated (there is no sub-mental fat deposit and no dynamic wrinkles are identified in the pics provided).
I like the lips, and yes you could probably benefit from a rhinoplasty if that bothers you. The other thing you should do is get some cheek filler to make your cheeks even more pronounced - not that you don't have nice cheeks, but some high lateral cheek filler would accentuate your cheeks.
Your face looks great! You have beautiful features and I think less will be more in your case. I do not think you need nose or lip fillers. What I would recommend is a good at home skincare regimen which includes a quality antioxidant, sun protection, retinol or retinol alternative and light moisturizer. I would combine this with regular chemical peels and gentle laser treatments (check out Clear + Brilliant). All of this would maintain and enhance what you already have! Good luck.
In patients who are young and attractive, like yourself, our role as plastic surgeons is very different then when we are treating patients who present with signs of aging. With my younger patients, treatment is designed either to address features that they find concerning (e.g., rhinoplasty), provide prophylactic benefits that will help a patient age well (e.g. neuromodulators like botox), manage skin care concerns (e.g., acne treatment), or teach methods to achieve life long skin health (e.g., sunscreens). I would encourage you to find an experienced Board Certified provider and discuss your concerns and goals. Best of luck!
Hello,It all depends what your goals are. I am not clear as why you would want Botox and Kybella? any particular reason? Based on the photos, your under chin doesn't seem to have enough excess fat for Kybella treatment. Particularly when there is not enough fat tissue, the chance of a diverse events is higher. Botox is used for dynamic lines due to muscle activity. your photos don't show that. If you have then Botox is used for forehead, glabella and crowsfeet. From your photos, it seems as if you do not need kybella. Kybella is used to treat fatty tissue under the chin and you look like you do not have any excess fat. It is difficult to see in photos. I would suggest that you visit a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has Injection experience and have a one on one consultation in person. Best of luck to you!
Initial pain and swelling are commonly seen after Kybella treatment. The feeling of your throat "closing" maybe related to the swelling you may have had. Some lumpiness is also seen after Kybella treatment as the fat is broken down and can take a few weeks to resolve. I recommend you followup...
Hi and thank you for your question! The active ingredient in Kybella works as a detergent that destroys the fat cells and the fat cells will be gradually absorbed. The process will involve some levels of inflammation. Once the fat cells are gone, the skin will gradually readjust itself to the ...
I'm sorry this is happening and for so long. Certainly, this is extremely rare if it is related to Kybella injections. I suggest a consultation with an ENT physician and a thorough examination of your upper airway and voice box.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
