Could Kybella be used on the knee to get the fat to go away? (Photo)

To determine how much you would need is hard with just a picture, as it looks like some of your issue may be loose skin. This would be better treated with a laser to tighten the skin around the knee. Yes. Kybella can be used off label in a number of different areas. Knees and the areas near the arm pits are common and respond very well. It is FDA approved only for treatment of sub mental fat. It will probably take 3-4 treatments of one vial for each knee.

 I have  used Kybella off-label to reduce the amount of fat around the knees. You will probably need about three treatments, as approximately 20-30% of fat is removed at a time. It will take at least two to four vials per knee per treatment. You might also consider CoolSculpting’s CoolMini. You would need two or three sessions to get optimal results.
