Would August be too late to fix the rotation of my implant?

Based on the picture you provide it is not clear whether the difference in breast size is due to malrotation or simply pre-existing asymmetry. Also it is the case with all types of breast enlargement that one breast seems to swell a little bit more than the other in the early weeks after operation.
On the very few occasions I have encountered malrotation, the patient has always said that she can massage the implant back into the correct position.
 my best advice is that you arrange to see your plastic surgeon in the near future so that he can assess you properly and advise you of the best way forward.
